Today we did what you’re supposed to do when you go to France – we tasted some wine. Our generous host was kind enough to arrange a wine tour in the village or Chablis which is known for….well, Chablis. What a cool, unforgettable experience. The wine makers were so friendly, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and the wines were amazing. We learned a lot.
