You can’t go to France without visiting Paris. So, we DID and we loved it. A week really isn’t enough time to explore a city like Paris – with it’s architecture, museums, food, and countless attractions – but we did the best we could. There’s so much to see and do so we bought a Paris Pass that let us skip the long lines at the museums, get into places for free, and use the Paris metro (subway, rail, and bus) as much as we wanted to. We easily could have spent the entire week just at the Louvre.
