Lisbon, Portugal

Lisbon, for us, was a big, old, rainy port city in Portugal with a lot of old-world charm as well as a lot of modern development. We only spent a few hours in the city. There are a lot of old coffee shops, restaurants and anything else you might find in a city with a population of almost 3 million.

We ate what might be considered the best pastry ever at a bakery called ‘Pastéis de Belém’. It’s like baklava and creme brulee had a delicious little baby with cinnamon and sugar on top.
